TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Eligibility: The campaign is open to all active policyholders of NAGICO Insurances. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. 
    • Clients will receive only one spin per policy number.
    • By participating in the “Spin and Win” campaign, you automatically enter the GRAND raffle for the winning of Gas for 1-Year. Grand Prize Winner will be announced on Friday, February 28th 2025 through our social media channels.
    • All prizes must be claimed within the redemption period, which is until March 31st, 2025.
    • Prizes should be collected at our main office in Dakota at Ave. Millio Croes 27.
    • In order to collect the prize, must show a copy of the email received confirming the prize with policy number. 
    • By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to allow NAGICO to collect, store, and use their personal information for promotional services.
    • Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple submissions of the same policy number, will result in disqualification.
    • Disqualification and Termination: NAGICO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in any fraudulent or malicious activities.
    • Changes and Termination: NAGICO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion.

    By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations. NAGICO reserves the right to make final decisions on any matters related to the Campaign.
