As a Customer Services Representative (CSR) you report to the (Senior) Account Manager(s) regarding the policies, applications and renewals for Life and General insurances covers, and the evaluation of the risks of prospects and customers. You are involved in the making of decisions regarding the efficient and accurate service to customers, regarding sales, underwriting and claims, in line with applicable company policies and regulations connected to the responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MBO qualification in a related field;
Assurantie B is a plus;
Minimum one-year progressive customer service or direct sales experience (cross-selling, up-selling);
Client-driven (internal and external customers);
Professionalism & high standard of work quality;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Teamwork, positive attitude & high motivation;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Papiamentu, Dutch and English.
