Function description: As a receptionist you handle a variety of administrative support tasks including answering phones, receiving visitors, sorting and distributing mail, and administrative services for the Front Office Department in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.
Requirements:
· Minimum MBO Diploma;
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment;
· Must work well under pressure;
· Accuracy and attention to detail;
· Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
· Strong sense of priorities;
· Attentive and patient demeanor;
· Must speak and write Papiamentu, English, and Dutch fluently – Spanish is a plus;
· Ability to manage simultaneous assignments;
· Professional and diplomatic demeanor;
· Excellent telephone communications skills;
· Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Application (Word and Excel)
